1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using KalamPrime ("the Service"), operated by Ishukart ("KalamPrime", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and any Kids PIN confidential, and for all activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old to hold a paid subscription; younger viewers may use the Service under a parent or guardian's account.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
KalamPrime offers FREE, MOBILE, STANDARD and PREMIUM plans. Paid plans renew automatically for the chosen billing period until cancelled. Prices, features and taxes are shown at checkout and may change with prior notice. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner.
4. Coupons & Offers
Promotional codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, are non-transferable, hold no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. KalamPrime may cancel offers obtained through fraud or abuse.
5. Content & Licence
KalamPrime grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream content for personal, non-commercial use within India and supported regions. Content availability varies by plan and location and may change over time. All titles, artwork and the KalamPrime Originals label are the property of KalamPrime / Ishukart or its licensors.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to copy, download (except where an offline feature is provided), redistribute, publicly perform, circumvent security, or share your account for commercial resale. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Kids Experience
The PIN-protected Kids profile is a convenience feature to help present age-appropriate content. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising children's viewing.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time from your subscription settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or where required by law.
9. Disclaimer & Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, KalamPrime is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
